Daniel Ezra

Daniel Ezra is currently a consultant at the Adnexal Department at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and Honorary Professor at City University, London. He is also the Medical Director at 152 Harley Street, a large Multidisciplinary head and neck clinic. Daniel specialises in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery and lacrimal disease and has a particular interest in primary and revision blepharoplasty and managing complications of filler injections.

Daniel graduated from Cambridge and London Universities with degrees in Medicine and the History and Philosophy of Science, winning several prizes and awards. His subspecialist expertise in functional and aesthetic surgery was developed over several years through advanced subspecialty training at Moorfields Eye Hospital, an NIHR Clinical Lecturer and as an Interface Fellow in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Nottingham. Mr. Ezra’s research into eyelid laxity led to a doctorate (M.D. degree) which was awarded the Sir Lionel Whitby Medal and Prize by the University of Cambridge for a thesis of ‘exceptional merit’. This research was also awarded the Syme Medal by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. His subsequent research as an NIHR Clinical Lecturer was awarded further prizes including the ESOPRS award, BOPSS award and British Thyroid Association prize. He has held a number of senior appointments at Moorfields, including director of oculoplastics, research lead for oculoplastics and also the training director. He has a passion for teaching and Education, holding a Master’s degree in Medical Education. He is one of the most widely published specialists in the field with over 120 published articles and book chapters.

Sri K Gore

Sri K Gore undertook ophthalmic training in Cambridge and London and then went on to complete four fellowships in paediatric ophthalmology, craniofacial surgery and oculoplastic surgery (including aesthetic surgery) at renowned London hospitals: Great Ormond Street, Moorfields Eye and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals. 

She is a consultant paediatric ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon at Great Ormond Street Hospital for children.  She is based in the ophthalmology department but works with multidisciplinary teams such as Craniofacial, Plastic and Cleft Surgery, Oncology, Dermatology, Paediatric Radiology and Interventional Radiology to deliver a high level of specialist, bespoke care for her patients.  She leads the oculoplastic service, which cares for children affected by complex and rare conditions affecting orbits, periocular and lacrimal systems.  The specialist services she leads or co-leads include:- vascular anomalies, periocular oncology, complex lacrimal disease, neurofibromatosis and craniofacial anomalies.

Sri has authored book chapters, actively publishes research papers  and attends national and international conferences as an invited speaker. She has been awarded prizes at international meetings for her research and was also awarded a distinction in her Masters degree in Education.  She is also the President for Women in Vision UK and Digital Director at the St John Ophthalmic Association.
